ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Motorsport Development Program (MDP) is our latest initiative which was launched in October 2024 during the BMW M Festival at Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit and designed with the vision to nurture the next generation of talent both on and off the track.
Run by the Pablo Clark Racing Non-Profit Company. The program offers a holistic approach to growing motorsport through experience and education for various roles in the field.
Through professional mentorship and hands-on learning, the MDP equips drivers, mechanics, and support staff with the skills needed to thrive in the local and international motorsport industry. Our mission is to create a sustainable and diverse talent pipeline that brings about innovation and growth in the South African motorsport scene and beyond.
ABOUT THE RACE SERIES
The BMW Car Club Gauteng’s one-make racing series (BMW ///M Performance Parts Race Series) is one of South Africa’s premier regional racing championships – with globally successful alumni like Sheldon van der Linde and Leyton Fourie – which is sanctioned by Motorsport South Africa and run as part of the Regional Extreme Festival.
The NA Cup series features classes (A through D) that are based on performance times, allowing drivers of varying experience to compete on a level playing field with fierce competition, close racing and full grids. An annual season comprises about eight rounds hosted at the top circuits across the country including:
- Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit
- Zwartkops Raceway
- Red Star Raceway
The series not only provides a platform for young talent to showcase their skills but also allows them to refine those skills as they fight for points to win their race class championship and the overall championship.
MEET THE E46s
Each of our MDP race cars started life as standard BMW E46 330i road cars before being fully rebuilt in-house by the Pablo Clark Racing workshop.

The cars are powered by BMW’s renowned 3.0L inline-six engine. The E46 is celebrated for its balance, reliability, and driving precision, making it an ideal starting point for drivers in the early years of developing their race craft.
